This is a follow-along workout series (no verbal coaching) designed to tone-up the total body. We'll use mini-bands and bodyweight to build lean muscle. These workouts are designed to be performed in sequential order from start to finish. Complete the highest number of reps possible during the given period of time. Watch the timer or listen for the bell to cue interval start/finish.
