This is a follow-along workout series (no verbal coaching) designed to build total body strength & endurance. We'll use dumbbells and bodyweight to increase stamina & build lean muscle. These workouts are designed to be performed in sequential order from start to finish. Complete the highest number of reps possible during the given period of time. Watch the timer or listen for the bell to cue interval start/finish.

  • Farmhouse Total Strength

    (Dumbbells) Full body circuit using a pair of medium weight dumbbells to build functional strength & muscular endurance.

  • Farmhouse Circuit Training

    (Dumbbells) Strength & stamina circuit training using a single dumbbell. Quick transitions from upper body strength to HIIT/Cardio conditioning.

  • Farmhouse Unilateral Leg Strength

    (Dumbbells) A series of lower body power sets for building base strength one leg at a time.

  • Farmhouse Power Cardio

    (Dumbbells) An intense HIIT/Cardio session using a pair of dumbbells as obstacles to build explosive power & stamina.

  • Farmhouse Upper Body Strength

    (Dumbbells) Building upper body strength through a series of power moves targeting the arms, shoulders & back.

  • Farmhouse Lower Body Drop Sets

    (Dumbbells) Using medium to heavy dumbbells to strengthen & tone the lower body through drops sets - two weights/one weight/bodyweight.

  • Farmhouse Core Strength

    (Dumbbells) Core strength with a single medium weight dumbbell. Prepare to work through the burn to earn six-pack abs.

  • Farmhouse Compound Moves

    (Dumbbells) Building & sculpting the total body by working multiple muscle groups with each move.
